• Communicate with builder supervisors on routine timing, readiness and job requirements.
• Follow jobs through to completion and provide a clean handover for invoicing and administration.

Job description

TriStar Fencing is seeking an organised, commercially minded Operations Coordinator to take ownership of a high-volume residential builder portfolio - from quote and work order through to scheduling and installation. You will own a defined portfolio of repeatable builder work and become the operational control point for those jobs, starting with standard Colorbond projects and growing into complex residential and broader operations responsibility.

Key responsibilities

Prepare standard builder quotes, plan take-offs and variations within agreed pricing rules.

Create accurate job sheets and keep job statuses, notes and next actions current.

Coordinate material ordering, contractor allocation, deliveries and the forward installation schedule.

Communicate with builder supervisors on routine timing, readiness and job requirements.

About you

Strong organisation and follow-through across a large number of live jobs.

Confidence reading plans, working with measurements and learning product and pricing rules.

Clear communication with builders, contractors, suppliers and the internal team.

Sound judgement: able to solve routine issues independently and recognise when a decision needs escalation.

Experience in construction, trade services, scheduling, estimating or project coordination is highly regarded.
