• Prepare standard builder quotes, plan take-offs and variations within agreed pricing rules.
• Create accurate job sheets and keep job statuses, notes and next actions current.
• Coordinate material ordering, contractor allocation, deliveries and the forward installation schedule.
• Communicate with builder supervisors on routine timing, readiness and job requirements.
• Follow jobs through to completion and provide a clean handover for invoicing and administration.
