Stoddart Group is a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. We work behind the scenes to help keep new home builds moving, from the initial order through to installation and completion.
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Geelong branch and play an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with our Operations team, builders, suppliers and subcontractors, helping coordinate jobs, solve problems and make sure everything stays on track.

Supporting the Operations team with the day-to-day coordination of jobs and workflow
Receiving and scheduling bookings, services and repairs
Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors
Processing orders, quotes and invoices accurately and on time
Monitoring job progress and keeping job notes and systems up to date
Building strong working relationships with builders, suppliers and subcontractors
Responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional, solutions-focused way
Completing accurate data entry and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Reading two-dimensional drawings and visualising them as three-dimensional objects (training provided)
Supporting the Procurement team with tasks as required
