Job summary

GL Pro Sound is based at our Tullamarine premises and seeks an organised operations professional to keep systems running smoothly, fulfil our online store orders, and ensure clients are well looked after.

Your responsibilities include inbox management, order fulfillment via the online store, and coordinating bookings and weekly planning while assisting with social media content and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Managing and sorting the inbox.
• Fulfilling orders through our online store and liaising with the online store team via WhatsApp.
• Handling bookings and consultations, and organising the week ahead.
• Allocating stock to jobs.
• Invoicing, taking payments, and managing accounts receivable.
• Using Xero for accounting and Timely for bookings in workshop.
• Answering phones and providing great customer service.
• Assisting with social media content (photos, video, and uploads).
