Job summary

Air Link in Dubbo is seeking an Operations & Charter Coordinator to support day-to-day aviation operations, coordinating aircraft, crew and client enquiries, and delivering on ground handling tasks.

The role also includes managing bookings in Takeflite, liaising with CAMO, Chief Engineer and Operations Manager, and participating in an on-call roster about once per month. Full training is provided to develop system proficiency and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior aviation experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Confidence using computer systems; Takeflite experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing client enquiries and quotes with prompt, professional customer service.
• Coordinating aircraft and crew for scheduled and urgent taskings.
• Providing check-in, ground handling, and FBO meet & greet services for Air Link flights.
• Maintaining aircraft status, schedules, and passenger bookings in the Takeflite system.
• Overseeing and managing aircraft maintenance planning in consultation with the CAMO.
• Supporting maintenance scheduling by liaising with the Continuing Airworthiness Manager, Chief Engineer, and Operations Manager.
• Participating in an on-call roster approximately once per month to assist with after-hours enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• - Managing client enquiries and quotes with prompt, professional customer service.

What You’ll Bring

• - Confidence using computer systems; experience with HubSpot or Takeflite is an advantage.
• - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider Operations team and building strong client relationships.
• - Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.

Compliance Requirements

• - Drug and alcohol testing, police check, and Working With Children Check.
• - Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC).
• - A valid driver’s licence.
