Job summary

Maxwell Recruitment is seeking an hands-on Administration Manager to lead daily administration, purchasing, freight, logistics and inventory operations in a busy service environment. You will support and lead the administration and stores teams, allocate workloads and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage data entry, job costing, invoicing and ERP systems (MYOB, Ocerra, Ariba and Coupa), review timesheets, and coordinate with workshop management to align scheduling,

Qualifications

• Experience in an Administration Manager or Office Manager role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management and invoicing processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as MYOB, Ocerra, Ariba or Coupa is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily administration, purchasing, freight, logistics and inventory operations.
• Leading and supporting the administration and stores teams, allocating workloads and monitoring performance.
• coordinating month-end processes, reporting and financial administration with the Finance Department.
