Job summary

UGL Transport in NSW seeks an experienced Operational Support Manager to lead governance, reporting and change-management across the NSW Passenger project. UGL Transport is looking for an experienced and motivated Operational Support Manager to join our NSW Passenger team supporting one of Australia's newest passenger rail fleets. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you will partner with customers, operational leaders and technical specialists to drive operational performance, continuous improvement and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Opportunity:

As the Operational Support Manager, you will provide leadership across key governance, reporting, customer engagement and change management functions. You will also play an integral role in supporting the ongoing success of the Mariyung Fleet while helping deliver safe, reliable and efficient rail services for customers across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
