Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years leading process improvement initiatives in operations/manufacturing/quality.
• Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to priorities.
• Experience mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Familiarity with Performance Excellence/Lean/Six Sigma.
• History of leading change management initiatives.
