Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement Performance Excellence and Learning practices across the Valdosta site. You will partner with site leadership to assess current state, envision the future, and develop a strategic plan to drive operational excellence.

You will coach teams, lead training sessions, mentor team members, and ensure effective rollout of training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing environments or plant supervisory experience.
• Experience applying systematic problem-solving techniques to improve performance.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Performance Excellence principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop training needs and translate requirements into effective programs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teams using data analytics to drive decisions.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable countermeasures.
• Deliver training sessions and mentor others in training delivery.
• Maintain training documents, procedures, and compliance with MOC processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, EHS, and SME mentors to support training activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and on-the-job training across the site.
