Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in North America seeks a senior leader for the Management Office & Lean Continuous Improvement. You will guide the NA GBS CI agenda, oversee governance, and drive enterprise productivity across end-to-end processes.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop KPI scorecards, promote Lean methods, and build capabilities through coaching and mentoring, enabling data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global transformations/consulting.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong change management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize GBS-wide CI strategy to improve service delivery.
• Design and implement KPI scorecards to track performance.
• Deploy Lean operating model with Leader Standard Work and daily huddles.
• Train frontline staff in Lean methods and automation.
• Develop transition plans for new business units joining GBS.
• Drive End-to-End Business Process Management for GBS towers.
• Enable standardization, internal controls, and data-driven value generation.
• Lead Management Office team overseeing governance and partnerships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, purpose-driven team.
