Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a GBS Process Excellence Manager (NA) to lead continuous improvement across our North America GBS. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, Lean deployment, and data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include leading Lean projects, developing dashboards and scorecards, and coaching teams on Lean methods to raise service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in similar roles, preferably in a Global Business Services environment.
• 7+ years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development via Power BI or Alteryx.
• Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline GBS processes, map improvements, and identify opportunities.
• Deploy Lean operating model with Leader Standard Work, daily huddles, capacity management and other Lean tools.
• Train frontline employees in Lean methods and stabilize processes including automation.
• Develop transition plans for new business units joining the GBS framework and act as primary contact for stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into analytical project approaches and dashboards for decision making.
• Prepare visualizations and internal presentations translating analytic insights into actionable solutions.
