Job summary

The Northern Land Council (NLC) in Darwin is seeking an experienced Content Manager (TRIM) Administrator. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, user support and continuous improvement of the OpenText Content Manager EDRMS across the organisation.

You will deliver specialist system administration, training and guidance while collaborating with ICT, stakeholders and external providers to ensure secure and compliant records management.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant experience administering OpenText Content Manager (TRIM) or similar enterprise RM system.
• Strong knowledge of records management, security controls, workflows and system configuration.
• Experience delivering user training and developing practical training resources.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• A current C Class Driver Licence and willingness to travel remote when required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the OpenText Content Manager EDRMS environment across the NLC.
• Provide specialist system administration, user support, training and technical guidance.
• Work closely with ICT teams, stakeholders and external providers to enhance system capability and performance.
