Job summary

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in Canberra is seeking a Senior EDRMS System Administrator to manage and support the Content Manager (TRIM/OpenText Content Manager) environment across the organisation. The role requires strong enterprise records management experience, NV2 eligibility, and the ability to work onsite full-time on a 12-month contract with extensions.

You will collaborate with information management and technology teams to ensure reliable operation of critical records

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting Content Manager (TRIM/OpenText).
• Strong enterprise application support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Content Manager application.
• Assist with consolidation and co-location of global EDRMS datasets.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure and network issues.
• Provide integration advice for EDRMS interfaces.
• Ensure EDRMS alignment with DFAT architecture and requirements.
