Job summary

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced EDRMS Technical Administrator to support the administration, configuration and operations of a large enterprise Content Manager system. The role requires NV1 clearance, strong Microsoft skills and proven Content Manager experience.

The successful candidate will manage Content Manager configurations, support enterprise datasets, troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable information management

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting, configuring and developing the Content Manager application.
• Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Operating System configuration, maintenance and patching.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Citrix Workspace).
• Understanding of enterprise ICT environments and complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support the Content Manager application.
• Support management, co-location and consolidation of global EDRMS datasets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, systems and networks.
• Provide technical advice on EDRMS integrations, documentation and change requests.
• Support interfacing of business applications with Content Manager.
