Job summary

St Nicholas OOSH Edgeworth in NSW seeks an experienced OOSH Coordinator and Educational Leader to oversee service operations and lead a team delivering high-quality education and care to school-aged children.

The role is permanent part-time (35 hours/week) with split or block shifts across before/after school and vacation care for ages 5–12, including early start times. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative procedures and curriculum development.
• Strong liaison with parents and the community, and staff professional development.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and CCS childcare subsidy requirements.
• Willingness to assume Nominated Supervisor responsibilities under national laws.
• Experience aligning centre curriculum with the My Time Our Place framework.
• Budget management experience for an Early Education or OOSH centre.
