Job summary

St Nicholas OOSH is seeking an energetic OOSH Coordinator in Charlestown, NSW. The role oversees service operations, guides a team, and delivers quality education and care for children aged 5–12 across before/after school and vacation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in administrative procedures, curriculum development and parent/community liaison
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and CCS requirements for compliance
• Experience with CCS software for subsidy compliance
• Willingness to assume Nominated Supervisor role under relevant regulations
• Experience implementing the My Time Our Place framework for school aged children
• Budget management for an Early Education or OOSH centre

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the OOSH service and lead the team
• Provide high-quality education and care for school-aged children
