Job summary

FEEDWELL in Sydney CBD is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to own recruitment across frontline and specialist roles. You’ll headhunt, map markets and build relationships with education providers, colleges, and referral partners.

You’ll work directly with the Head of People, Culture & Performance, stay on the tools, and be responsible for diagnosing why searches stall and changing approach. The role is full-time, based in our Sydney CBD office, with a salary in the 80k–90k range plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across frontline and specialist roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and referral channels.
• Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and cold-call passive candidates.
• Build new talent pipelines and referral channels.
• Develop relationships with education and training providers.
• Own difficult searches from brief through to hire.
• Assess candidates for achievement, motivation, reliability and fit.
• Keep hiring managers informed and challenge the brief when the market says something different.
• Improve how Feedwell recruits as we grow.
