Frontline Recruitment Group – Huntingwood NSW is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a passionate team driving growth for clients in the blue and white collar market. Based at Arndell Park, you will manage end-to-end recruitment from briefs to placing candidates.

You will need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and recruitment experience. The role offers a competitive salary of AU$80k–$90k plus commission and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
• High level of interpersonal communication.
• Experience in recruitment (blue or white-collar labour hire preferred).
• Exceptional time management and organisation.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles.
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, placing, and managing candidates.
• Prioritising candidate care and building meaningful relationships.
• Lead generation and account management.
• Attend client meetings and enhance relationships.
• End-to-end full life cycle recruitment using recruitment software.
