Reece Group’s Onsite team in Eagle Farm is seeking a Sales Support Staff member to assist onsite management with order processing, stock control and customer service.

You will answer customer calls, coordinate next‑day deliveries, liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability, log After Sales requests and contribute to project estimating in a collaborative team. Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone enquiries from commercial customers.
• Process delivery/release requests for next day dispatch.
• Provide stock availability and technical information responses.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability.
• Log After Sales requests and follow-up.
• Maintain stock levels in line with Onsite system and procedures.
• Support project estimating and management activities.
