Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support Staff member for our Eagle Farm onsite team. You will support Onsite management with customer enquiries, orders, stock updates, and supplier liaison to ensure next-day dispatch.

This role requires strong communication, basic IT skills (Word/Excel), and a customer‑focussed approach. Join a collaborative team that values initiative and great presentation.

Qualifications

• Answering telephone enquiries from commercial customers.
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch.
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
• Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Onsite management to achieve the company vision and implement strategy.
• Project Managing and Project Estimating Skills and Experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
• Establish productive working relationships with all staff and customers.
• Demonstrate willingness to 'have a go' and maintain great personal and workplace presentation.
