Job summary

Reece Group’s Onsite team is seeking a Sales Support Staff member to assist on-site management and ensure timely delivery of products to construction projects across Sydney. You’ll support account holders, project managers and tradespeople with stock information, orders and after-sales requests.

Role focuses on customer service, stock control and collaboration with suppliers. You’ll be part of a values-driven team that promotes learning, flexibility and career development in a busy, hands-on

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone enquiries from customers.
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch.
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
• Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures.
• Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member.
• Processing and exporting mining orders.
• Project Managing.

About the role

The role of Sales Support Staff is to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner. Here you’ll help account holders, construction teams, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need for all their construction projects.

What can you expect?

• Answering of telephone enquiries from customers
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
