Job summary

Reece Group in Eagle Farm is seeking a Sales Support Staff member to assist Onsite management with end-to-end supply solutions for large domestic builders. This onsite role focuses on delivering responsive service and accurate order processing.

You will handle telephone inquiries, process delivery requests, check stock, liaise with suppliers, log after-sales requests, and contribute to project management and estimation activities.

Qualifications

• People skills and ability to build strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships.
• Willingness to 'have a go' and troubleshoot on the fly.
• Professional personal and workplace presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone enquiries from commercial customers.
• Process delivery and release requests for next-day dispatch.
• Provide stock availability and technical information updates.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Log After Sales requests and follow-up actions.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures.
• Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures and be a supportive team member.

About the role

The role of Sales Support Staff is to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner. Here you’ll have a future you can feel good about.

What can you expect?

• Answering of telephone enquiries from commercial customers
• Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
• Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
