Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Maintenance Leader to drive the site maintenance strategy at our Melbourne facility. You will champion plant reliability, uptime and safety while managing maintenance teams and contractor relationships.

With experience in manufacturing maintenance and MEX CMMS, you will lead continuous improvement, coach your team, and plan maintenance aligned to operations to deliver optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or mechanical trade background.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with Maintenance Management systems (e.g. MEX) and structured maintenance systems.
• Ability to influence, coach and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to engage with both AM/PM shift team members.
