Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Desktop Support or Service Desk role.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence to support a broad range of users, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing support across desktop, hardware, software and mobile technologies.
• Deploying new technology and assisting with rollouts and upgrades.
• Mentoring Level 1 analysts and contributing to team capability.
• Investigating recurring issues and contributing to long-term solutions.
• Creating knowledge articles and support documentation.
