Job summary

Randstad in Sydney CBD is seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst to act as the key onsite IT presence for the office. You will manage L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering face-to-face service while keeping daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems smooth.

The role requires 5 days on site in Sydney CBD, a 6-month initial contract, and Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Daily rate is 380 AUD, inclusive of superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1/2 IT support.
• Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, Entra ID and AD.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• 5 days onsite in Sydney CBD; Australian citizenship or PR required.
