Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite or field-based IT support.
• Good hardware, OS and peripherals knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, server and network faults
• Perform hardware repairs and maintenance
• Attend client sites for escalated service requests
• Install, configure, upgrade and re-image computers
• Complete moves, adds and changes in client environments
• Provide advanced onsite hardware OS support
• Investigate recurring issues for long-term solutions
• Coordinate with Service Desk, vendors and internal techs
• Maintain accurate service records and assets
• Deliver professional, responsive client service
