Downer Group in Bungendore, NSW, is seeking an Administration Supervisor to lead the HQJOC Helpdesk and coordinate administration and support services on site. You will supervise a small team, manage reactive maintenance requests, and drive service delivery to meet KPIs in a high-security environment.

The role is based on site, Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering strong customer outcomes and stakeholder engagement within the HQJOC contract.

Formación

• Experience leading a small helpdesk or service desk team.
• Experience coordinating administration functions and support services.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-security environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day Helpdesk activities and support a small local team.
• Coordinate administration and support services across the HQJOC contract.
• Oversee reactive facilities maintenance requests and support timely service delivery.
• Monitor service outcomes and support the achievement of relevant KPIs.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service.
