Downer is seeking an Administration Supervisor to join our Defence team onsite at HQJOC Bungendore. You''ll supervise Helpdesk activities and coordinate administration and support services for the HQJOC contract, helping ensure responsive service delivery, strong customer outcomes and KPI achievement.

Working on site Monday to Friday, you''ll oversee a small Helpdesk team responsible for managing reactive facilities maintenance requests across the site in a fast-paced, high-security environment,

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a Helpdesk, call centre or service environment.
• Experience managing, coordinating or overseeing administration functions.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and making sound decisions with limited direction.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to introduce process improvements and new ideas.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day Helpdesk activities and support a small local team.
• Coordinate administration and support services across the HQJOC contract.
• Oversee reactive facilities maintenance requests and support timely service delivery.
• Monitor service outcomes and support the achievement of relevant KPIs.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service.
