Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Help Desk Support professional for a major distribution company. This 5-week contract offers an onsite role with rotating day, night and weekend shifts and an immediate start.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12+ months in Level 1 IT support, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and be located within 20–30 minutes of Craigieburn, VIC. IT qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk or similar.
• Solid Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting skills.
• Available for rotating day, night and weekend shifts and 100% onsite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
• Close proximity to Craigieburn area and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain cabling organisation for a clean work area.
• Assist with stock control and inventory audits.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.
• Support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft environment.
