Peoplebank is seeking a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support in a Microsoft environment for a major distribution company. This urgent five-week contract is fully onsite in the Atwell area, WA, with rotating day, night and weekend shifts.

You must reside within 20-30 minutes of Atwell and be ready to start immediately. The role covers basic troubleshooting, stock control, and day-to-day IT operations as part of a collaborative onsite team.

Qualifikationen

• 6-12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk/Desktop Support or similar role.
• Solid IT support and troubleshooting skills (Level 1).
• Ability to work 100% onsite with rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the contract duration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
• Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable personal transport.
• IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plus.

Rate: $35-$42 per hour including Super

We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft environment. This is an opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues


• Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environment

Key Requirements

• At least 6-12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar support role

• Must be fully available to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the entire contract duration and can work 100% onsite


• Must have strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude


• Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable personal transport


• IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plus
