Based in Sydney, you will work per-event, with flexible hours including nights and weekends, travel to local venues, and collaborate with corporate partners, nonprofits, and Visit.org teams to deliver meaningful, impact-focused experiences.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all event details and staffing on-site.
• Join planning meetings with partners and Visit.org teams.
• Set up and tear down at events; ensure clean, safe site areas.
• Serve as Visit.org representative and problem-solver on-site.
• Manage check-in and guest welcome; maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to Events Team and communicate updates during events.
• Package and ship materials post-event and assist with wrap-up.
