Job summary

Scenic World in the Blue Mountains is seeking an Events Coordinator to join the Events team onsite. You will work with the Senior Manager Events and Production & Production Manager to plan and deliver the annual program of major events and activations, creating memorable experiences that drive visitation.

This hands-on role covers event coordination, logistics and stakeholder management, from planning through to setup, delivery and pack down, ensuring guest experience and safety while

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering events or activations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage schedules and documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and after hours.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Customer-focused with emphasis on guest experience.
• Experience liaising with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of Scenic World's major events and activations.
• Assist with timelines, schedules, run sheets and operational requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, entertainment and equipment.
• Work with internal teams to ensure event readiness.
• Provide hands-on support during on-site setup, operation and pack down.
• Maintain event documentation and supplier information.
• Liaise with external partners to communicate expectations.
• Ensure WHS and operational requirements are met.
• Support post-event reviews and seek areas to improve.
