Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an End User Field Support Technician to deliver hands-on technical hardware and software support at customer sites across Australia. You will resolve issues, perform installations, and ensure business continuity while travelling between Paramatta and Rhodes offices and other sites as needed.

This 5‑day onsite role requires knowledge of laptops, desktops, docks, and networked printing devices, plus a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support, desktop support, and field services.
• Hands-on technical support at customer sites and on-site issue resolution.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents using service management tools and provide technical guidance.
• Support with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
• Liaise with customers to ensure business continuity and timely issue resolution.
