Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. in Australia is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Officer to deliver on-site technical support for education customers.

You’ll work with Macs, PCs, tablets, server systems, network infrastructure, and voice platforms, coordinating with server and network teams to ensure seamless operations. You’ll be the friendly face troubleshooting daily issues, documenting processes, and improving ways we support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience helping users fix technical issues with computers and devices.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and liaise with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the customer's IT environment are smooth.
• Build rapport with end-users and foster a friendly service experience.

• Identify gaps and help develop new processes to handle requests.
