Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join our embedded education team in Kew, Melbourne. You will deliver onsite technical support to customers across Macs, PCs, tablets, servers, and network systems, coordinating with specialist teams.

You’ll build strong relationships with end users, document procedures, take ownership of issues, and drive continuous improvement. A collaborative attitude and clear communication are essential to deliver exceptional customer

Responsibilities
