Job summary

Ozcom Technology Group is seeking a Technical Support Officer (EDU) to deliver onsite ICT support for Traralgon College in Victoria. This part-time role covers 30 hours per week and involves working directly onsite with staff and students.

You will support Windows and Apple devices, manage cloud apps, and assist with ICT projects under supervision. WWCC and Australian permanent residency are required.

Qualifications

• WWCC must be held or obtained.
• IT technical experience, education sector preferred.
• Australian permanent resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite ICT support to staff, students and guests.
• Maintain Windows desktop computing and peripherals; printers, scanners, VC.
• Support Apple devices (iMacs, MacBooks, iPads) with MDM.
• Log incidents and service requests; escalate when needed.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• LAN administration and basic network tasks.
