A cutting-edge technology firm is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in Western Sydney. This role offers a hybrid work model, providing onsite support 3 days a week and remote work for 2 days. Ideal candidates will have strong Azure cloud knowledge and over 3 years of desktop support experience. Salary is up to $57 p/h including superannuation.

Desktop Support Engineer role in Western Sydney on a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. Onsite 3 days per week, with 2 days remote/work-from-home or other client site. Salary up to $57 p/h (Inc. Super); 38-40 hours per week.

• Deliver services through a mix of onsite and remote support.
• Proactively identify solutions and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems.

What you need to have

• Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
• Windows Server administration skills
• Active Directory and Group Policy expertise
• 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
