Talent Connect Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, onsite role based in Regents Park, Sydney. The position runs for 6 months through the Christmas period with an immediate start and secure onsite parking.

Staff receive monthly team vouchers and have access to a friendly office dog. Responsibilities include handling phone and email inquiries, processing orders, and promoting the product range.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to commit to Full-time hours - 5 days per week
• Availability to commence immediately
• Available to work over the Christmas period
• Must be able to reliably commute to Regents Park

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Respond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phone
• Accurately process customer orders and data
• Build rapport with customers and promote the product range
• Contribute to a positive and team oriented work environment
