Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal skills with a sensitive, confidential approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with tact and care.
• Experience drafting HR/ER correspondence and handling disciplinary communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, manage HR inbox queries, and update internal databases with accuracy.
• Process onboarding paperwork, draft employment contracts, and assist with new hire orientation setups.
• Prepare and review records of discussions, investigation scripts, and meeting notifications with care.
• Respond to general associate inquiries and grievances confidentially and empathetically.
• Guide managers through lower-level ER conversations (time and attendance, conduct) with patience.
• Coordinate formal meetings, log HR tickets, and support HR administration during peak periods.
