Job summary

Buildsafe is seeking a Scheduler/Customer Service Coordinator to join our NSW operations. You will schedule jobs across branches, manage customer enquiries by phone and email, and ensure trucks arrive on site with the right products for safe installations.

You’ll support Branch Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors with efficient day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling roles or call-centre environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to manage administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs between trucks to service various building sites for NSW branches.
• Liaise with Branch Manager and installers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Answer phone calls and email enquiries from customers.
• Optimise schedules to maximise branch profitability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or issues.
• Enter bookings, purchase orders and assist with invoicing queries.
