Round Table Recruitment is seeking a technically minded Workplace Support Engineer to join an AV integration business with hubs across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The role is on-site with a specific client, delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting room solutions.

You will be the go-to person onsite, resolving issues, liaising with vendors and troubleshooting as required. Career progression and further education are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom environments.
• Experience working with corporate/enterprise clients.
• Strong support and troubleshooting skill set.
• Hands-on capabilities and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for platforms and hardware at a specific client.
• Resolve support issues and troubleshoot as required.
