The organization is a well-known national provider of fully integrated IT and audio-visual AV solutions. From presentation rooms, auditoriums and lecture halls to virtual classrooms, lobbies, museums, sporting arenas and retail shops, this organization can do it all and build a fully integrated audio-visual environment

The Role:

You will be working for the business dedicated to a large client that requires onsite support and technology services. You will be responsible for back-end support of internal systems and help to set up meeting rooms and audio-visual infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite AV support for a major corporate customer.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.
• Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiences

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have come from an IT support or IT infrastructure background
• Strong working knowledge of MS Teams and ability to set up meeting rooms
• Have worked with Cisco products and technology on the back end
• Ability to help out with events and provide technical expertise
• Familiar with ITIL framework
• Excellent communication and client facing skill set
