Labourforce AUS is seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to oversee a key Coles distribution site at Kewdale. This Monday–Friday PM shift role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong workforce management, logistics and warehousing experience.

As the onsite liaison, you will manage the workforce, coordinate rosters, monitor attendance and safety, support recruitment and onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining WHS

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Onsite Account Manager to join our team and manage a key client account at the Coles Kewdale Distribution Centre.

This is a Monday–Friday PM shift role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong understanding of workforce management, logistics, warehousing or labour hire.

As the primary onsite point of contact, you will build strong relationships with both our employees and the Coles site team, ensuring the workforce is well managed, supported and operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day onsite workforce and client relationship
• Act as the key point of contact for Coles site management and operational stakeholders
• Coordinate daily staffing requirements, rosters and workforce coverage
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance and employee engagement
• Manage employee issues and resolve workplace matters professionally and promptly
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new employees
• Ensure all employees meet site, safety and compliance requirements
• Monitor workforce KPIs and provide regular reporting to management
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure labour requirements are met
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce performance, retention and service delivery
• Maintain a strong focus on WHS, compliance and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in an Onsite Account Manager, Workforce Manager, Site Manager, Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Experience managing a high-volume workforce, ideally within warehousing, logistics, transport or labour hire
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to confidently manage challenging situations and resolve issues
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a broader operations team
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety and compliance requirements
• Previous experience working onsite at a major distribution centre will be highly regarded
• Availability to work Monday to Friday on the PM shift
