Job summary

Coles Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the Banksmeadow site. You will lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, coordinating receiving, despatch, and truck loading while ensuring safety and quality. The role is night shift, Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

You will develop your team, optimize ERP-driven processes, and ensure materials meet production needs. A forklift licence is essential, with opportunities for development within Coles Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence – essential.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll coordinate receiving and despatch activities, truck loading and unloading, and ensure materials are available to support production requirements. You’ll also lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and operational performance.

This is a nightshift position (Monday - Friday 10PM - 6AM)
