Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Technical Support & Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s team on an onsite basis. You will provide technical support across construction sites, troubleshoot issues, and assist with testing, handovers, and client training.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on collaboration with site teams and contractors, using tools like HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot. Australian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach and confidence working with clients on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and customer support for access control systems.
Troubleshoot basic technical, mechanical, and system issues.
Assist with onsite testing, commissioning, handovers, and client training.
Support clients, contractors, electricians, and site teams with technical queries.
Coordinate with internal teams and installers to resolve issues.
Use HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot for communication and support.
Complete basic hands-on technical tasks and adjustments.
Keep customers updated on issues, progress, and resolutions.
