Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Technology and Frontline Support Specialist in Cremorne, TAS, AU for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will be part of the Workplace and Infrastructure Platforms team, delivering high-standard service by resolving incidents and maintaining OS, software, hardware, and meeting room technologies.

You will support internal teams across ANZ, including Frontline, Infrastructure, Business Units, and external vendors, with occasional after-hours support and travel to other offices as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 2 technical support or a similar IT role.
• Strong customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Solid hands-on experience with macOS and Windows; familiarity with iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and Office 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking (WAN/LAN/VPN).
• Experience with device management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and PowerShell.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage: handle escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Knowledge Management: create, update, and maintain knowledge articles and guidelines.
• Audit Support: assist in audits related to IT systems, processes, and security.
• Asset Management Support: track hardware/software assets and procurement processes.
• Technical Project Management: contribute to planning and execution of IT projects.
• Process Governance: adhere to IT processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• License Management Support: track software licenses and compliance.
• O365 Triage: support Office 365 applications and escalate complex problems.
• Hardware Management: image, set up, deploy, and maintain IT assets.
• General Office Support: provide in-person support for office tech issues.
• Tech Bar Support: assist walk-up users with hardware/software questions.
