Job summary

Bing Lee is seeking an Online Sales Officer to join our online team in Sydney. You will develop and maintain relationships with our client base via telephone-based and Live Chat, processing orders and enquiries, and providing professional customer service to help customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities include responding to information requests, maintaining customer accounts, and liaising with other departments to ensure the best service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre roles.
• Experience with Live Chat.
• Ability to meet KPI targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with our client base via telephone-based and Chat.
• Processing orders and enquiries.
• Provide a professional level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).
• Respond to varied requests for information, queries, and products in line with policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate product advice to customers to help meet their needs and make informed decisions.
• Maintain customer account details and liaise with other departments to ensure best service.
• Attend monthly off-site training (after hours/during hours).
• Meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
