Inchcape Australasia is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Business Development Centre in Greystanes. You will engage with customers across phone, web and digital channels, guiding them from initial enquiry through to sale.

This role focuses on qualifying leads, booking appointments and supporting both online and in-store vehicle sales, collaborating with dealership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer experience and/or sales environment.
• Experience managing customers through a structured sales process.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident use of digital platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Automotive industry experience or Salesforce experience will be highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Qualify leads and book appointments for dealership teams
• Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
• Manage online vehicle sales enquiries and fulfilment activities
• Conduct customer follow-up before and after appointments
• Provide information on vehicles, accessories and finance solutions
• Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat and digital channels
• Manage online reviews, customer feedback and social enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and CRM systems
• Assist with customer escalations and resolution of enquiries
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversion opportunities
