Builders Discount Warehouse in Brendale, QLD seeks a full-time online sales advisor to connect with builders, renovators and homeowners through live chat and email. You’ll respond quickly, guide customers on products, and prepare quotes for multi-item projects, coordinating with the right specialists for handover.

You should have 2+ years in customer-facing sales in building supplies or related fields, plus experience with live chat tools and ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Two+ years selling or advising customers in building supplies, hardware or similar sectors.
• Ability to type quickly and maintain several conversations at once.
• Comfort reading price lists and specs, and spotting pricing issues.
• Genuine interest in starting conversations with new customers.

Responsabilités

• Respond to live chat within minutes during rostered hours.
• Follow up enquiries by phone or email before 9am.
• Advise customers on products, specs, finishes and lead times.
• Provide freight quotes and coordinate delivery when ready to proceed.
• Create quotes for multi-item projects and hand over to specialist teams.
