Job summary

Inchcape is seeking an Online Sales Consultant in Greystanes to guide customers through the vehicle buying journey. You will handle inquiries across phone, web and digital channels, qualify leads and schedule appointments for in-store sales.

You will collaborate with dealership teams to provide right information, support and guidance, with a focus on KPI achievement and excellent customer service, across a rotating schedule including remote weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in customer experience or sales.
• Experience guiding customers through a structured sales process.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Current driver's licence and automotive Salesforce exposure.
